Return and Refund policy
For Artworks Original, Limited Edition Print, Handicraft
Delivered in India.
We have a very flexible and friendly 15-days returns policy. We accept return in case you received a damaged, wrong product or any missing part of the product. A video while opening the parcel is a must. The video should be explaining well the full parcel in 360 views to understanding the actual issue. Please note we accept return requests only for unframed paintings, Handicraft Items delivered in India. Customers must raise return requests within 15 days post-delivery of the shipment. We do not accept return requests for framed paintings.
Return shipping cost will be born by the customer. If we arrange shipment, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the received payment and will be credited in the customer account within 15 days of the receipt of the return.

For artworks, original, limited edition, handicrafts,
Delivered outside India.
We do not accept return requests for paintings delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. To give a clearer picture on what to expect, International customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email on [email protected] after the order is placed. Once the painting is about to be shipped, we will take hi-res images and send to you for approval. We will ship only when you approve. You can also raise refund requests at this stage if you find painting, not matching your expectations. This is only applicable for handmade paintings and prints ordered in the default size, and not applicable for Portraits or customized paintings/prints.
If eligible for returns, you can raise return requests in your Fotocons account, or you can also drop us an email mentioning which items you would like to return. Our staff will ask for an opening video and after confirmation will provide packing instructions and arrange pickup of the artwork/handicrafts from your home. You can yourself opt for returning it by yourself to the given address
If you had paid online using cards / online banking - we would refund to the same account. If you had paid using NEFT/RTGS - we would ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds. You ca yourself send the product back to our give address
In both cases, shipping cost for return will be born by the customer.

Returns for Customized Artworks
Returns are not accepted for Custom Sized Artworks irrespective of whether it's ordered framed or unframed, delivered in India or outside India. For handmade paintings, and handicrafts items customers must note that some minor differences would be there, as these all are handmade products. We have strict quality control, and we will ensure that the best quality possible ships from our end. We would not be able to provide you with images of artwork, or images of the handicrafts product at the time of shipping owing to operational issues.
Kindly Note,No return will be accepted for slight variation in the design, colour and shape of the artwork or handicraft item
Returns for Portraits
Returns are not accepted for Portraits irrespective of whether it's ordered framed or unframed, delivered in India or outside India. We would not be able to provide you with images of portraits once it is completed owing to operational issues.
Return for a print of the artwork that was ordered by the customer in open edition print section
Returns are not accepted for a print of the artwork that was ordered by the customer in open edition print section irrespective of whether it's ordered framed or unframed, delivered in India or outside India.
For Lost / Damaged Shipments
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will offer full refunds irrespective of the delivery location or framing state.
In rare cases of delivery of damaged artwork or frames, we will offer refund amounts based on the condition of the same. This will be taken care of on a case basis once reported to us.
You can raise a cancellation request for your order within 2 hours of placing your order. We would not be able to cater to the cancellation request raised post 2 hours of ordering. In exceptional cases where we have not started the work on your artwork, we might still cancel your order on request beyond 2 hours. Please contact us in this case.
